Terms & Conditions

1. Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale (T&Cs) govern the contractual relationship between MonaCab and any user wishing to book a trip via the website https://monacab.be.

2. Pricing

Our rates are calculated on a flat-rate basis:

• Minimum fare : € 20.00 (includes the first 3 kilometers).
• Extra kilometer : € 2.50 / km (from the 4th kilometer).

The price displayed during booking is a guaranteed price, unless the route is modified or extended waiting time is requested by the client.

3. Booking

Any booking made on the website must be confirmed by receiving a confirmation email. MonaCab reserves the right to cancel a journey in case of force majeure or unavailability, notifying the customer as soon as possible.

4. Applicable Law

These conditions are governed by Belgian law. In case of dispute, the courts of the judicial district of the company's registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
